After more than 25 years at the helm of the companies, Martin Model is handing over the chairmanship of the Board of Directors to Urs Neuhauser with effect from 1 July 2026.
Together with Markus Tonner, Martin Model founded InnoPlastics AG and InnoRecycling AG over 25 years ago, thereby laying the foundations for today’s group of companies.
With great entrepreneurial commitment, perseverance and a willingness to take risks, he has played a decisive role in shaping the companies’ development and guided them through numerous challenges.
Martin Model will remain with the companies as a member of the Board of Directors and will continue to contribute his many years of experience and entrepreneurial expertise in the future.
Urs Neuhauser, an experienced leader, is taking over as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He brings with him many years of broad experience from the industrial sector. He spent over 15 years leading large companies and corporate groups as CEO and possesses in-depth strategic and management expertise. He currently serves on several boards of directors and works as a management consultant.
With his strategic vision and industrial background, Urs Neuhauser will guide the companies’ further development and help to position them optimally for the future demands of the Swiss plastics and recycling market.
